Color high-resolution CCD image acquisition system

The color CCD image acquisition system can acquire full color information of red, green and blue material, which enables our color sorter to better satisfy customers' demands.
With a max. resolution of 0.15mm, it can accurately detect the small defects and spots of peanut. Besides, image accuracy is ensured by high precision lens.

Special light source configuration

For special wheat varieties, special light sources can be configured to optimize the lighting of the materials, improve the contrast ratio of main characteristics and ensure the accuracy of material information acquisition.

Specialized image processing algorithm

According to the wheat characteristics of deterioration and budding, the algorithm is specially created on the basis of shape and color, which helps accurately identify the defective products.

Unique feeding system

Due to its adjustable module design, the feeding system can accommodate various kinds of peanut for a wider application range of peanut colour sorter.
Special chute design ensures the uniformity of material flow, and thus, the best image acquisition and defective material rejection effects can be achieved.
