Sesame Color Sorter
Our color sorter is one of our popular CCD color sorters. It is purpose built for sorting all kinds of sesame. This sorting equipment has the following technical characteristics:
Color high resolution CCD image acquisition system
A color CCD image acquisition system is used to acquire the full information of red, green and blue color material, which can provide better sorting effect.
With the max. resolution up to 0.15mm, it can accurately identify the color of each sesame. High precision lens ensures that the acquired images are clear and accurate.
Specialized image processing algorithm
For small-sized sesame, we adopt special small-region processing method, and realize material analysis and classification within the color gamut. So the accuracy of material identification is assured.
High quality ejector
The imported ejector can accurately control the flow and direction of air, which makes the material rejection more accurate and significantly improves rejection rate.
Unique feeding system
Specially-designed feeding system ensures the uniformity of material flow, and helps achieve the best image acquisition and rejection effects.
High rejection rate
The use of high resolution CCD image acquisition system and specialized image processing algorithm, coupled with high quality nozzle system, ensures high rejection rate.
Easy of use
Due to our simple optical system, precise auto calibration system and user-friendly man-machine interface, our color sorter is easy to operate. Its operation is easy enough for anyone to learn quickly.
